Terms of Service – DentalSavers

Welcome to DentalSavers. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform, including the DentalSavers directory, savings plans, virtual check-ups, and all related services. By accessing or using this site and the available services you agree to be bound by these terms.

DentalSavers is operated in the United Kingdom by Dental Savers UK, which is responsible for the lawful operation and administration of this platform under UK law.

1. What We Do

DentalSavers offers:

  • A nationwide dental savings platform
  • A directory of participating private dental practices
  • AI-assisted virtual check-ups through our partner platform, KELLS
  • Access to discounted private dental treatment plans

DentalSavers does not provide clinical care or dental treatment directly. All clinical services are provided by independent dental professionals or practices.

2. Eligibility

You must be:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • A resident of the United Kingdom
  • Using the service for personal, lawful purposes only

Parents or guardians may use the service to manage care for minors in their household.

3. Health Disclaimer

The Dental Directory is not intended for emergency dental or medical situations.
Virtual check-ups are not a substitute for an in-person dental examination, but are designed to provide a helpful indication of whether you may need to arrange an appointment with a registered dental professional through the Directory.
If you have specific dental concerns, pain, or symptoms, you should always seek advice directly from a qualified dental practitioner before making any medical or treatment decisions.

4. Subscription & Payment Terms

By subscribing to a DentalSavers plan:

  • You agree to a 12-month membership contract, unless stated otherwise in a promotional offer.
  • Payments are collected monthly in arrears via direct debit through GoCardless.
  • Your membership includes access to virtual check-ups and treatment discounts at participating practices.
  • Any promotional offers that reduce or waive the initial commitment period will be clearly stated at the time of sign-up.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid throughout the contract term.
5. Responsible Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Abuse or misuse the directory or savings plan
  • Attempt to disrupt or harm the service or platform

DentalSavers UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.

6. Dental Practice Listings

DentalSavers UK:

  • Makes reasonable efforts to verify the participation status of listed practices.
  • Is not liable for clinical outcomes, treatment availability, or pricing beyond any agreed discount structure.
  • Clarifies that all dental treatment and advice form a direct relationship between you and the dental provider.
7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and platform features are owned by or licensed to DentalSavers. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reuse any part of the platform without the express written permission of DentalSavers UK.

8. Limitation of Liability

While DentalSavers UK aims to ensure the accuracy and availability of its services, the platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without any warranties or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.

DentalSavers UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the platform.

This includes, without limitation, any loss or damage resulting from:

  • Reliance on AI-generated reports or virtual assessments, or
  • The unavailability or actions of participating practices.
9. Termination

Membership with DentalSavers UK is offered on an annual subscription basis, valid for 12 months from the date of activation.

You may choose not to renew your membership at the end of the current 12-month term. However, early cancellation or refund is not available once the annual membership has commenced.

DentalSavers UK reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

DentalSavers UK may update or amend these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication.

By continuing to use the platform or its services after any update, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
